Filtration apparatuses for chemical solutions and aggressive

Filtration apparatuses are designed for a fine or very fine mechanical filtration of chemical solutions and aggressive liquids. They are primarily useful in surface treatment plants. Their main advantage is the versatility in use different filtration elements without having to change the whole apparatus. Centrifugal pumps of SIEBEC company are used – SIEBEC being a pump and filtration apparatus manufacturer with long tradition.

Filtering apparatuses manufactured in co-operation with French company SIEBEC are designed for fine filtering of aggressive liquids. They are mainly used in galvanic plants and to filter chemical solutions.

Their design and material workmanship (PP mouldings, EPDM or FPM packing) ensures long service life, easy maintenance and replacement of filtering elements. Apparatuses are equipped with magnetic coupling glandless pump (type M). Type A is with mechanical sealing which from size M35 higher up allows automatic resuction. Pipe couplings, if required locking nut standardly ends sucking and discharge of filtering apparatuses. It is possible to detiver all filtering apparatuses with checking pressure gauge with separating membrane, electro-instalation with motor starter, dry running guarding, pipes, sucking baskets, fittings etc.
