Pumping power 0,7 up to 40 m3/h, head of the pump 4 up to 22 mvs.Centrifugal pumps type M 7 to M 390 with magnetic coupling are manufactured by company WATEK s. r. o., in co-operation with French company SlEBEC.
Pumping power 0,7 up to 2,8 m3/h, head of the pump 4 up to 7 mvs. Centrifugal pumps type M 7 to M 25 with magnetic coupling are manufactured by French company SIEBEC. This company has long time experience in manufacturing quality pumps and filtering devices for pumping and filtering of corrosive liquids. Sale and service is provided by company WATEK s. r. o.
Pumps of type M 7 and M 15 are equipped with single-phase 230V/ 50 Hz electric motor. For pump M 25 is used either single-phase motor 230 V, 50 Hz or three-phase electric motor 3 x 400V/50 Hz. M 7 pump electric motor cowling is made of polyprophylene (PP). Pump units are built up from PP resin which are joint together with easily accessible screws. Seal of the static parts is alternatively from EPDM or FPM (Viton). Rotor is driven by ceramic shank which guarantee long service life and reliability of the pumps. Magnetic coupling eliminates risk of the fore-run and restricts maintenance need. M 7 and M 15 pump ports form part of the casing, on type M 25 the ports are screwed on. Hoses, pipe unions (M 15, M 25) may be used as pump attachments.
Temperature of pumped medium is 90 oC maximum, thickness up to 1,6 kg/dm3.
pumping power up to 20 m3/h, head of the pump 10 - 22 mvs
Type M 50, M 100, M 140, M 200 and M 390 pumps are used to pump corrosive liquids. Motor is separated from pump by solid wall, which ensures perfect tightness and simplified maintanence.
Those segments, which come into contact with liquid are made out of Polypropylene (PP) or in case of need Polyvinylidenfluoride (PVDF). Segments which are stressed by friction are made out of special ceramics and reinforced teflon. Depending on pumped liquid, sealing is made out of material called FPM (Viton) or EPDM. Working temperature is 80 oC max. for PP and 110°C max. for PVDF. Pumps are self-priming after the first flooding of pump body and the piping by liquid.
